A clear health baseline, delivered at the office.
Vitality Panel brings clinician-reviewed health screening to London teams — covering cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, hormones, nutrients and prostate markers where appropriate.
The markers that matter — early cardiovascular risk, metabolic dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, nutrient depletion — don't produce symptoms until they've been building for years. They show up first as fatigue, reduced focus, and decision-making that's slightly off. By the time they're visible, the window for easy intervention has closed.
A leadership team that isn't proactively monitored is a leadership team running on assumptions.
The average GP-requested blood test costs an employee two to three hours — travel, waiting, the appointment itself. For a senior person with a packed diary, that's a half-day disruption. Which is why it gets deprioritised, rescheduled, or quietly dropped.
A registered nurse or phlebotomist visits your office at a scheduled time. Participants attend brief, private appointments — typically ten minutes each. Samples are processed by accredited diagnostic partners; clinician-reviewed results are returned directly to each individual within 48 hours.
The employer coordinates the session. Everything after that is between the participant and their results.

All samples go directly to our UKAS-accredited laboratory partner. Results are clinician-reviewed before release.
Each participant receives their results privately. Nothing is shared with the employer. Abnormal results include clinical guidance.
Pilot sessions are available now for London-based teams. Cohort size is capped at 30.
Request a pilotCorporate health insurance is reactive — it funds treatment after something has gone wrong. Vitality Panel is preventive — it finds the markers before symptoms appear, when intervention is straightforward. The two are complementary, not competing.
Each appointment runs ten minutes, scheduled around your team's calendar. For larger groups, we scale the number of nurses or phlebotomists accordingly. A private room is the only requirement on your end — we handle everything else.
Results go directly and only to the individual — never to HR, management, or the commissioning employer. Where results require follow-up, participants receive clear clinical guidance on next steps. You arrange the session. What happens after that is entirely private.
Sessions are conducted by registered nurses or phlebotomists. Samples are processed by UKAS ISO 15189-accredited laboratories. All results are reviewed by a qualified clinician before they are released to participants.
Vitality Panel is in the final stages of clinical partner selection ahead of its London pilot. We are looking for a registered provider able to support mobile venous blood collection and accredited laboratory diagnostics under a white-label arrangement.
